Yesterday while driving on the highway comming back from the holidays disaster struck my 93 honda accord. I think it lost a cylinder permanently.... I always knew that no 1 was a bit weak in compression but it's no 3 that now doesn't work. I put a new plug and no difference, I swapped wires with another cylinder to see if the wire was the problem, still no difference. While idling and running it makes a "puitch puitch puitch" sound from this cylinder , kinda like some air was leaking somewhere. Anyone can tell me if this is blown cylinder , gasket or it might still be an electrical or fuel problem. It seems to have good spark though.
