alright, then protien prolly aint the thing for you, see your body needs protien to grow muscle, starve it of mass ammount s of protien (ie.. dont supplement your currect diet) and you shouldnt see massive musle increase to the point of gargantuism...

keep the cardio at a minimum until your muscle is at a lil above what you want it, then go on a diet and do cardio, as well as minimal- moderate lifting to cut, alot like molding somthign out of clay, you have to build it up and then cut out what you dont want. and then just tone after that until you get your family, or minivan and are ready to have an extra apare tire wrapped around your waist.
