it was the fuel ground screw. I knew that needle was acting weird. it should stay when I turn off the engine instead it tried to go lower. I also have a 99 Odyssey and the needle goes down whenever I shut off the engine. Totally different vehicle. I even change the relays from the Ody to the Accord. Glad that's over w/ and THANKS for all your help!
