1. No need to replace injectors.
2. Replace the fuel filter.
3. Replace the air filter.
4. Change the oil and filter.
5. Change the spark plugs.
6. Change the spark plug wires.
7. Change the distributor cap and rotor.
8. Change the PCV valve (if equipped).
Follow manufacturer reccomendations for the parts.
A tune-up is just filters, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, PCV valve. It doesn't require an oil change, but many people do get that done as well.
The noise you're hearing is probably an exhaust leak. Put your hand over the muffler tip (after a cold start) and see if it gets any quieter. The car should stall out if the exhaust pipe is all sealed up. If it keeps running and won't build up pressure when you cover up the tip, then you have an exhaust leak.
