just wondered if anybody has any experience with these?

im not sure if i will need it or not but my upgrades (some of which i have, some of which im saving for) should increase the rev-ability of my engine and i wanna make sure it is strong enough....

Engine: b18b in a 94 integra LS

Bottom end:

B16 (pr3) pistons
upgraded rods (havent decided on Crower or Golden Eagle)
GS-R oil pump

Head:
Crower 62403's
Crower 84162 spring and retainer kit

as far as tuning/ignition etc goes, i know im currently dealing with that stuff, just wondered if the girdle kit is a good idea or a waste of my money.
