Maybe since I have those eyelids maybe it decreases glare?
I have a kit in my factory headlamps as well and I don't have any annoying glare. I would recommend you stick with somewhere between 4000-4300k. 6000k looks too purple. the higher the number the more the color changes but output decreases. 99% of cars with oem hid are 4300k. philips has made 5000k bulbs to replace the 4300k but not sure if there is a huge difference.
