putting HIDs in ANY stock halogen reflector headlight WILL blind oncomming traffic. Only ways around this is to retrofit OEM HID Projectors or make a shield that will cover the bottom half of the HID bulb. Ok, now that thats over and done with... stick with 4300-5400K OEM bulbs... anything higher and you lose alot of output, almost making a HID kit worthless.

Also keep in mind that you'll have a ton of stray light and "hot spots" as the halogen reflectors are not made to work with such intense light. Nothing beats OEM HID projectors or reflectors and you'll never come CLOSE to the output of either with HIDS in a halogen housing.
