I've got a friend who wants to trade his '97 DX w/ D16y8 swap w/mods and with only 30k miles for....my stock '95 civic cx that has 114k miles + $2000.

soo my ? is do you think this is a good deal i've asked other ppl and some say i can take that $2000 and do my own swap but i dont have time to doo that b/c in a month i leave for florida for an internship and im gonna do this trade b4 then cuz i need a car to drive down there....any opinions would be helpful in me makin this decision soo thanx.
