If your talking about the pilot bearing, you've got to take off the flywheel, then you just tap it out with a hammer. It comes out of the side that's against the motor;therefore, of course, removal of the flywheel is an absolute must. I've changed clutches before without doing the pilot bearing and never had a prob. I guess the reason i never replaced it was becasue none of my clutch kits ever came with this bearing. I never knew what this bearing was until recently. Makes you curious though, what would happen if this little bearing did sieze up?
