ahh i HATE when ppl say stuff like that. you can't just say it like that. it COMPLETELY depends on SO MANY factors. and i didn't even see the kid post his setup so how would you know whats safe or not
and seriously, fuel management is where MOST of your turbo money needs to go. don't skimp out. the management is the only thing that will keep your car alive, if somethin goes wrong say bye bye to the engine and turbo.
new headgasket and arp head studs are highly recommended. d's heads lift under higher boost but a blown head gasket is no fun trip. so get a new headgasket and arp head studs. i would go with an oem headgasket. i trust oem's quality and thats it. idk cometic could be right up there aswell but thats just my opinion
uberdata is a GREAT engine management and your already obd1 so all oyu have to do is get your stock p28 ecu socketed and get that bitch some dyno tuning
get your self some dsm450 blue top injectors, or some rc's. the rc's are more expensive tho. take the 450's and have them cleaned and flow balanced-it'll be worth it.
intercooler is optional. its not going to make or break your engine, but it will help with the performance of your setup. it does lower boost pressure a bit however but will cool the air down which leads better performance.
fuel pump and fpr are deffinitly recommended! your stock ones will be peaked with the big injectors. however i do know lots of ppl running on stock pumps and fpr's. not saying its the best idea but there r ppl out there.
uh thats all i can think about right now.
