Check the plug on the tranny to make sure it's secure. Then pull the cluster out and make sure all of the connections are tight. Other than that You got me-mine did that at 209,000 miles. The one I have in now is at 210,500 (so far so good).

You may have a bad speed sensor (the first plug you check).
