www.fitday.com is one way to do it but I admit that I got tired of doing it after only a few days. It was helpful in showing me that I don't take in nearly enough calories for my goals though. So do what you need to do and good luck man.

that's a great web site, I'm going to use that as much as I can. I'm working to lose about 20-25 lbs by March. I've already lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks, a lot of that has to with the change in my eating habbits. I also go to the gym 4-5 time a week as opposed to me going 3 times a week.
