one last thing, a tuneup usually entails changing the dissy rotor, ive heard of the rotor coming loose and ruining the dissy if the screw isnt tightened all the way on the rotor. I say pop your distributor cap with the 3 philips screws and check on that rotor.
Probably a very good chance that is the problem, judging by the progression of the symptoms.
