It probably does need to be pressed. Of course it's not a 92-95 civic, but I just had a tire place do it for me. They did it at the same time I got an alignment done, and it wasn't that much. I took them the stud which made it cheaper too.

And don't torque the hell out of your lug nuts. It just isn't cool.
JK. They don't have to be super-extremely-uber-tight.
