I'm sorry to say that dude but i've only lost once to a 5th gen H22, see, H23's aren't that slow, specially if you know how to drive a car like you should (not highly modified cars). Those 30HP difference are nothing depending your driving skills, i do respect people with more powerful cars dude, and i know that H22's are the best of the H series, but saying that H23's don't come "near" just say that you have no idea about preludes, (ups! i just saw your civic avatar
