It is about .2 points difference on a with a stock GSR block and pistons, so it is pretty negligible if you are throwing dished pistons in there anyway.

Garbage with ITB's???? Not necessarily. Look at tony the tigers GSR running high 11s low 12s with ITBS and high boost. True they are hard as shit to tune, but once tuned make WONDERFUL power.
