Default Idle too low???

I've never really noticed this on my car until I got my CF hood on. But what is the idle of a 93 DX when it's been warmed up? The reason I ask is because when I first start (cold idle) my car, it runs fine and when I'm stopped at a light, everything else seems to be fine. But when the car has been properly warmed up (around 10-15 mins. of driving) and I'm stopped at a light, the (passenger side) hood shakes like crazy and I noticed that the idle seems a little low. I don't really think that this is normal.

Things that I have considered is that I did have my stock throttle body bored out so I don't know if it has anything to do with the throttle cable or that little screw that is supposed to be adjusted since both were probably altered during the removal/installation. Do you guys think that this has something to do with my weird idle problem? Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
