ok did you try the 1/2in ratchet with a longer pipe. If its in gear and on the ground with the e-brake up you should be able to break it loose. DONT use a torque wrench. I PROMISE YOU WILL BREAK IT. you may have to get a breaker bar instead of a 1/2in drive ratchet. im still looking for a pic of an f23 engine. Did you ask honda where to check the timing on your car?
