Those look to be pretty quiet fans, but 4 of them will still make something of a racket. If you're trying to keep the case quiet, you might look for a case that utilizes 120mm fans. They operate at a lower rpm (and thus are quieter) yet move the same amount of air.
I'm using a
CoolerMaster Centurion 5 Case with a 120mm exhaust fan and an 80 mm Zalman intake fan. I love the case, and the mesh grille on the front essentially means the entire front acts as an intake. The case is nearly silent. I'm running an AMD 2500+ OC'd to 3200+, with just a stock Radeon 9600XT, so I don't need quite as much cooling as you do. Those new GPUs run pretty warm.
