Hi guys, I just bought a 1988 honda accord LX, looks almost brand new inside and out besides some paint damage on the roof by the passengers side.

has 242,700 miles on it

Was just curious if there is anything in particular i should know about this vehicle?

It's a 5 speed, and EVERYTHING still works, besides one thing. How the heck do you move the steering wheel lower, its set up so high, and theres only one knob you can pull out towards you by the steering wheel but it does nothing... the car is mint, not a SINGLE dent! Interior is perfect! Though the car came with stock rims, with hubcaps, all stock, except a really ricey muffler which i want removed.

I'm really not a Honda enthusiast, dad owns a 2000 civic dx, and its really not fun to drive, power steering is really strong, cant feel the road, gas pedal is stiff, seats are hard and not comfortable at all, though if this accord can get me to work, kudos to it.

1987 Toyota MR2 MK1 (rod knock)
1987 Toyota MR2 MK1 (rod knock, then engine blew up)
1992 Ford Taurus 3.8 v6 (Head gasket blew last week, sold it - only owned it for 1 week)
1988 Honda Accord LX (still purring)
