Just thought of something else:
If you're planning on overclocking the Pentium 3.2, try to get one of the most recent steppings. Apparently, the more recent Prescott-Core Pentiums run significantly cooler than the first batches and are significantly easier to overclock. I believe the 3.2E (Pentium 540: Prescott-based) OC better than the 3.2C's (Northwood based), since they were initially designed to ramp up the clock speed.
