Are you using this computer for gaming? If your planning on doing mostly content creation, CAD, or media encoding, then your rig is set up pretty nicely. If you plan on doing mostly gaming, then you can save a little bit of cash and get a slightly better-performing (in games) set up using AMD processors.

You can stick with Asus and get a similarly equipped motherboard for
$139
ASUS "A8V Deluxe"

The AMD Athlon 64 3200+ processor is pretty killer in games, but lags behind the 3.2c in encoding. But its a bit cheaper at
$194
AMD Athlon 64 3200+ (939)

This will save you about $95, which you could use for further upgrades. You could move up to an Athlon 64 3500+ and be at about the same price point.

Additionally, unless your a big audiophile and have a killer speaker set-up, you probably won't notice any difference between the Audigy and the on-board sound.

Otherwise, your part choices look pretty good.
