I've seen this problem lots where the filament in the bulbs gets a very minor break in it and when it gets cold it pulls the filament apart just enough to not make a full connection. But as it warms up it'll pop back on by itself. I had that happen recently to my crx when it started getting colder here and just went ahead and replaced all the bulbs in my cluster.
well, the gauge (dash behind steering wheel) lights go out entirely and then pop back on whenever it gets warmer but not immediately just whenever... since the cold weather has been for the past few weeks they went out when it started and have stayed out...so what your talking about makes perfect sense with the problem I have so I need to tell the mechanic who will do it to replace the bulbs or filament? thanks for the help!
