Having too much of a market controlled by one company upsets the balance and doesn't give comsumers enough choices, reliability, and price.
Imagine if everyone drove a Ford. Highways only supported Ford. Pulling up to a McD or BK, you had to be driving a Ford. Goto the track you have to drive a Ford. Ford wants more money, sure just increase the price by 10% for no reason... what are consumers going to do? Goto someone else? There is noone else. Kinda sucks if you just don't like anything Ford has to offer and want a choice.
