I removed the condenser and fan, compressor, compressor pulley, ac belt, evaporator core, all associated lines, brackets wires and thingamajigs... Some of the lines were a real pain to get out, but nothing too technical, just a lot of yanking and cursing. You can remove the evaporator core from under the dash, but you must put the plastic case for it back in otherwise your heater wont work either.
