Cam Timing
Hey,
A buddy of mine has a B16A with ITR Cams, Intake Manifold, and JDM 4-1. He read somewhere that if he advanced the intake a tooth (like 10 degrees) and retarded the exhaust a tooth as well, he'd notice a difference. I said it'd should work in thoery, but that 10 degrees was a huge step. Anyone have any experience with this?
On another note, does anyone know how to properly get a P73 Intake manifold on to a B16A1. The car just hunts once it warms up because it has no idle air control. I know its been done, but nobody seems to know how? Is he loosing anypower with the car hunting like that?
