from everything i have heard and read it is NOT dangerous to change your tranny fluid. I can't say for sure but that sounds a little ridiculous to me. Anyway my follow up question....you say to add 3 quarts?? is that the maximum capacity? I have heard that you can only drain about 2.5 quarts out of the tranny in this gen accord. Also I bought a bottle of gunk transmission conditioner. Its supposed to stop rough shifts and condition seals etc. Is this a good idea in honda trannys. Since i know that you should only use honda ATF i jsut wanted to make sure that this conditioner would be good for the tranny. Thank You.
