Default How should I fix this

I would like some input on how I should handle this damage on my 02 Accord. The car was ass punched by a motorcycle and the rear bumper was slightly ripped away and a basically punched in the lower edge of my rear quarter panel and placed a small dent right above the taillight. The insurance apraised the car and estimated the fix at around 1100.00. After they took pictures of the car and left, I removed the rear bumper myself and inspected the full damage, the rear bumper beam and all of the supports are fully intact and damage free, I tried the heat gun trick on the bumper cover and worked the punch out with my wrist, the only real damage is on the lower metal panel and the side vent when they were pushed in. I can replace the plastic vent myself and just leave the rest of this metal panel alone besides touching up the paint where it flaked off, since you won't see it once the bumper is back on anyway, so all that's left is a new Honda OEM bumper cover and the car will be back to better, except the dent which I can live with. I have attached pictures of the after accident damage, the underneath damage and the difference seem from the inside, between the unharmed 99 Accord and the punched 02 sedan, there is a noticable difference, but it will be covered up inside and out. I guess my question is should I let the Honda collision center fix the car for 1100.00 minus my 500.00 deductible which will include a a new rear quarter panel to fix the lower damage and the dent, a new bumper cover, a new taillight and even a new V6 logo for the bumper, or I can use the insurance money to fix it myself, while still using all OEM Honda replacment parts to fix everything except the dent and the lower panel which won't even be visible to anyone anyway. Sorry for the long story and I am open for any comments/suggestions.
