The recommended PSI for most Accords is 32, I personally run 35PSI. Just do whatever it takes all year long to keep it there. I doubt that through regular driving, potholes, etc, you'll need to take any out. Normal driving along with temp changes does let some air out very slowly over time. I never recall having to let air out of my tires in the spring or summer.
