Maumelle is good stuff. It's just across the river from West LR. I don't know jack crap about the school districts, but traffic is easier coming into downtown from there. I also think you'd have a higher resale out there because Little Rock is growing West. The homes in Maumelle are virtually the same as those in nicer areas of West Little Rock, only they don't cost as much.
