If money was no issue, I'd go nuts with an H22A plus turbo.
Then again, if money was no issue, I'd pick a different car to work on. Honda motors are expensive... Supra, DSM, and RX-7 engines aren't.
H22 is where the speed is at. Alot more base horsepower (220) provided you get the right motor. I have a h22 civic and its bad ass with no mods. I am also the only one in my area,that I know of, that has one, and that is cool.
