JDM is not "all that" and the proverbial bag of chips... you can often find a good deal on a US engine.
For boost, it would be a toss-up between a B18B and a B18C.
If money was no issue, I'd go nuts with an H22A plus turbo.
Then again, if money was no issue, I'd pick a different car to work on. Honda motors are expensive... Supra, DSM, and RX-7 engines aren't.
