What year GSR?
Fuse?
Relay?
Fan switch?
Bad motor?

On my '95 the fan switch is in the thermostat housing, it's got a 2-wire plug. Unplug it & jumper the wires with a paper clip. If that makes the fan run (key on) then all the other stuff is OK & you need a new fan switch.
