The only incorrect information here is coming from YOU. The Si and Dx 5 speeds are exactly the same, except for the final drive ratio. (ring and pinion). The DX gets a 3.888 (economy) and the Si gets a 4.250. (performance) If you don't believe me go
here and read about it. This is the same site that I pulled the info on spline counts off of and posted previously. Also, if you scroll up, I already told him to just use an '89 clutch and bolt up the Si tranny. Thanks for trying to help though. I don't know what is up with this hold the clutch partway down and it shifts deal, sounds like something is binding up. Got any ideas on that?
