hello all!! i was reading a link provided by relic1 about converting an auto ecu to a manual ecu. I know that you have to cut out resistor RP17 and install a jumper across RP18 in order for the cel code 19 not to show up(for OBD-1 ECU's).

My question is what is a jumper considered and how would you install it?
