Rude huh? Im trying to give some help and probably gave you the most input in this thread. If this reply is worthless and unhelpful, then just ignore it.
You are either out of Freon or have a leak or snag in your vents. Thus causing it to not be as "cold" or blow as "hard" as your friend's setup.
