I'm not saying we can't improve upon the system, I just don't think it's spread "too wide" as you think.
You can be skeptical all you want, your entitled to that; it doesn't mean he didn't give them money though, and to me the fact that he may have - the fact that there is some proof that he *did*, is enough for me to want him deported.
