another thing that might help, have the RadioShack associate call up verizon and see if THEY can convince verizon to add the credit onto your account. if that doesn't work, they do have a verizon rep they can get a hold of and do that sort of stuff for you.
All I wanted to do was buy a phone. I was not allowed. Even through Radio Shack. No need now though. I am done with those Verizon Nazi's and I don't have to continualy say "can you hear me now" because unlike when I was with Verizon, I now get reception
