buttt.... in my experience, honda speedos read too fast, so when you but bigger rims on, they actually get more accurate
when i went from 195/60-15 to 225/40-18 on my accord, the speedo reading went down almost 3mph, which made it my speedo match those radar speed surveying things (they say "your speed is xx" on the side of the road)
