u say it's a waste of money to buy an intake, yet u suggest getting an exhaust???
IMHO and on most dynos i've seen, unless ur boosted, the gains on exhaust are minimal compared to gains on intake, which can also be relatively low...my pt is that i'd advise i/h over e
