when wheelbearings go bad, you can't miss the noise. it's a loud and annoying HUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM. no matter if you roll up the windows, crank the music, drive fast or slow, you'll get the noise.

i'm pretty sure they are a sealed unit and you'll have to replace the entire part, not repair it.
