I don't know what they are talking about because the bolts go into the frame just like the original ones....they are just longer. I had to use quite a few washers on mine...i think 3 on one side and 3 or 4 on the other. I have a 1.8" drop on factory shocks...which are actually holding up pretty well surprisingly, I've had them for around 2 years.
the original ones dont go into frame either, look at your helms manual. they go into like a soft body mount. its not something that can take a ton of stress.
