First off h23 vtec is going to cost your wether you due a h23 block with the h22 head or if you get the European h23 vtec. Which is rare and hard to get parts for. I personally went with the straight jdm h22a . THis engine place down here had the true h23 vtec but I went twith the h22. It has less horsepower than the h22 zI believe but a tad more torque. As for dynos , I can't help you there but in my best opinion you should just go h22a.
