I just am looking for exact opinions in condesed form covering all subjects, i find alot of people saying "dont go h23/vtec" and alot going dont do the h22 swap if you're going to run boost, it's not worth it, just boost the f22"

but then again the question of the auto/manual comes up, i dont know, thanks anyway
