I want a hard hitting but clean sounding system and so far I have only used sealed boxes for all my setups. Is it possible to have a crisp and clean bass using a ported box? Space is an issue so I think I may go with a single 12 or 15" sub, most likely an Image Dynamics product. Any suggestions or input?
