the way i see it, if you are gonna go with a lightweight honda and are gonna use it for the track, i suggest you try and find either a CTR, ITR, or even a GS-R motor and drop it into ure civic. Like many of the above posts, its really hard to get 250hp with an N/A setup. My advice, dont go through the trouble of doing a CRVTEC or even an LS/VTEC swap. those motors are for people who plan to put a lot of forced induction in their engines since the two motors can handle the most boost with stock internals. Since you're gonna use your car at the track, 200hp is probably more than enough with a lightweight civic. just my 2 cents
