The assesor doesnt assess anything. all he did was bring a wireless PC over, and typed in all the information on whats wrong, how the box looks, and how it was packaged. Then, that little file gets send to the insurance compay, where they do a "point system" to see if they are liable for it, and how much you get. i did give him the quote from honda, which was for $433 b/c a new soilinod from a dealer costs $410, and then there was 2 bolts bent, and a extruding pipe from the head was flattened.
