i got a nice looking accord gen5(?) (96) it is in great condition, and i want to put a H22a in it (or a h23/vtec) but it is automatic, does anyone know what the prices would be to do a manual conversion?

and does anyone have the dynos on a H23/vtec yet? everyone is saying that it isnt worth it at all, but i have yet to see any numbers, i guess they are just not impressive enough to post.
