The decision to can the Lude came down before, well before the S2000 went on sale. I still think the closet car HOnda has to the Prelude is the S2000 and even that isn't that close.
That Accord isn't it, the V6 coupe might be fast but it feels very bloated and the suspension feels luxury not sporty.
