Quick way... you'll need some carb cleaner and a toothbrush. Inhook your intake tube and spray some carb cleaner down into the throttle body. Open the throttle plate with one hand and scrub the back of the plate and all around the perimeter of the bore and plate, repeat as necessary. Hold onto the little straw on the carb cleaner so it doesn't shoot into the manifold. Tune up time the throttle body should be removed to do a complete cleaning.
